I downloaded never played SugarHouse before today. They’re supposed to give you sign up bonus spins when for joining Sugarhouse with deposit match bonus. What they don’t tell you is if you downloaded any Rivers game in the past not necessarily the one you are downloading now. For example I downloaded Borgata in the past and today I downloaded SugarHouse app you will not get any sign on bonus or slot play you lose all sign up bonus because it’s run by the same company. It’s one per Customer per lifetime according to the customer service I spoke to. So the app is a pointless one to download and join if you downloaded any type of Rivers game in the past. Only time they let me know that I wasn’t eligible is when I tried to use the promo code and it will not allow me to. I know someone is going to come on here apologize for the confusion and give some excuse. Why they couldn’t Issue the joining bonus and spins because they’re going to say their promotions change all the time. But that doesn’t help the people that signed up and didn’t get anything.
