Possible scam
Was visiting the state over the weekend and downloaded and deposited $100. Didn’t receive the $10 bonus that was advertised but did get a bonus match of $100. Lost all of that and noticed I wasn’t able to withdraw any of the cash I had deposited. I played through the full $100 thinking maybe there was a play thru requirement to withdraw but the account still listed “0.00 available to withdraw.” Contacted customer support and four days later still don’t have a response.

I had to file a complaint with the BBB bc they are making it hard after verifying my banking and my cards and my id and saying my credit worthiness isn’t good enough to get my winnings deposited …. Smh then I sent them info for my pay pal they approved it I now am praying they out the money in my PayPal… DO NOT GAMBLE ON THIS APP it’s a scam app it should not be this difficult to get your winnings !!!!

Shady app
The process to get your cash is ridiculous. They want a-lot of personal info just to receive $20 back. And it took a week for them to even reply and ask for that extra information so my money was just sitting there. Never had any other issues before with casino apps until this one. And calling customer service is no better super unprofessional and they don’t know how to talk to people. App is not worth it!

Waste of money
Welcome bonus states you will get double your deposit. Never received it in balance when i called they said i had to gamble $800 first to get it. I then hit a little bit and the winnings go right into bonus play not withdrawal balance. Have other apps no issue. This one is a rip off!

Instant deposits, and 5-6 day withdrawal times. Surprise surprise you can reverse the withdrawal until the last day. Predatory and low RTP.

Terrible customer service. Geolocation fails during the middle of tournament play after being fine for hours which then block me out and I lose my entry. Any attempts to get this rectified have been ignored entirely. Completely ridiculous.

Ever since ballys took over the games do not pay out anymore. You literally win NOTHING. The online app is definitely programmed to take your money. You sit there and watch it take your money down to nothing. It pays you 20 cent here and there and then a 4.00 pay out to keep you excited to spend more and then it completely drains you. Will not be visiting Ballys or and of their establishments anymore. We will go elsewhere for our gambling. NO PAYOUTS
I have spent well over 400 and no pay outs most I won was 4.50. I would not recommend or tell anyone about this app. I am waiting to file something with the gaming commission because it definitely does not pay out at the rate it states.
Was better under Dover downs
So I’ve dropped around 300.00 after they sent out the email about being under new ownership. Nothing but a let down so far, 4.00 dollar bonus on renegade with top symbol only paid out 19.00 dollars and 8.00 was won on hitting the 3 scatters it takes to trigger it. What a let down. If things change will update review. But from the looks of it I don’t think that’s gonna happen

Decent user interface but multiple times I’ve watched a bet that is considered a push not be credited back into my account. Additionally I’ve been disconnected due to location errors while playing and have never had any refund request e-mails responded to. Poor customer service.

If your bonus money is gone, everything in your bank is yours and you will most-likely give it back. Con-Dover Downs is now Bally’s Dover Downs Casino. No rebranding has occurred; no updates to the app in over a year; and no modern or newer games periodically added. Bally’s is pretty big so I hope this gets revamped or they switch developers. The app was created but not maintained like Pennsylvania casinos who payout the same day; have dynamic, not canned promotions; more engaging; and constantly add new slots. Can’t get past the Terms & Conditions
I have been trying for weeks to get in to my acct. with no luck. I log in, then it says I have to click the terms & conditions box, which I do. But then nothing happens and I am stuck there! I thought clicking the link to read them might make it go through, but that goes nowhere, too. So frustrating.

Started off good, quickly went to crap.
The app started off okay, and very quickly became frustrating to use and support team did nothing to help remedy the situation. It’s a mobile app that requires you to have multiple internet connections to “ triangulate “ your location. I have 6 nearby connections and still, it cannot register that I’m sitting down the street from the physical Dover downs casino. The app constantly server disconnects and it doesn’t always start back up where it disconnected. The withdrawal feature will redirect you to the deposit screen and there’s indication of that until you either accidentally deposit more money into your account. Or until you read the fine print on the last page. I’ve contacted customer both via email and phone call, neither of which have offered me any help or tried to help my situation with the app. So unless you like losing money, DONT DOWNLOAD.

I put money in the site after I created an account and then it wouldn’t let me in. I emailed over and over and they gave me nothing. I couldn’t get in and they stopped responding to me. This site feels like a scam
No point in downloading, they won’t pay you.
The app has its bugs, but their verification process to cash out is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced. Since I’ve played this thing, I’ve sent in 3 diff copies of my ID, bank statement, and debit card and I still have to keep verifying the same information over and over to get any money out. They take the money in 10 seconds and give it back after 2-3 weeks.

Great app!
Good visuals doesn't lag. Has slots, black jack and roulette. Haven’t won anything big yet, but I’m waiting. Deposits go through quick. Directions to each game very informative. Just as addictive as the slots in the casino gotta hide the app from my other half.
