Oder difficulty
I’ve been ordering from you for several years and always have difficulty submitting the order. I’ve always ordered on line in the past but just downloaded the app in hopes it was easier however it was not. It took several attempts after I entered my payment info to be able to click “submit order”. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Also I was unable to use the $500+ order discount as items were on “back order” or out of stock. Be advised I get several catalogs in the mail of other places to order seeds!!

Not everything here
Not everything in the catalog I was sent seems to exist here. It seems also like things take forever to ship, certain items I ordered have been “preparing to ship” for months. Otherwise I do appreciate the platform and ability to make a list and easily add to cart. Here’s to hoping whatever hasn’t shipped to me that I’ve paid for will be reimbursed.

Tried using Mastercard five different times, then decided to try a different type of car, which was visa and I was able to process the payment.

This app seems work very well for ordering seeds. Everything functioned well except the card scanner! That will be a game changer when it is fixed. That doesn’t take away from how well the app works!
