Horrible overdraft fees
This people use this overdraft to milk customers. As soon as there is a dollar short in your account they charge you $35 even if you make a deposit right away. So horrible

Good customer service anytime of the day, and the in/out service is excellent meaning no time waiting for long in the line.
Great app and bank
The Hartford credit union is a great bank. I’ve used bank of america before and I would rather have my accounts with these guys. They do a great job and they’re very personable.
Mobile app
The bank customer service is poor , been trying to add my checking account to the app for two weeks now , l call and went to the bank in person and still nothing.

It would be nice to see your transactions in the app.

App is handy to check balances and move money around in a snap. Transfer feature hasn't been working for some days now so that’s concerning. Otherwise app is awesome... when it cooperates.

Love the new Hartford FCU app. It's super easy to use, gives a better breakdown of accounts and the fingerprint security is genius. Two words: Love It.

It has gotten much better after the update but I still can't review my checking account information without it saying unable to view this at the moment service unavailable.
