Horrible App
For a bank in 2025 that isn’t able to have a reliable app is truly mind-blowing. This app is perpetual for crashing to say the least…
Not as good as the old Link FCU app
This app uses Apple’s built in password functionality. If you use a password database appl on your phone there is no way to copy/ paste your credentials otherwise.
Costly
Of all the car loans I’ve had this is the only one that makes you pay through a third party from the app that charges a convenience fee of almost 9$ just to make your payment. It’s ridiculous to pay that much extra just to pay your payment. I guess they prefer you to stay non digital and write them a check so they can pay someone to open the mail and process the checks. Just wish I’d known this prior to getting into business with this company.

I like the facial recognition and the ability to view my e-Statements through the mobile app.
