Thats all I ever get is the most generic error message ever, no more information, even after updates i get maybe one use then all oops something went wrong, pay with my saved card- oops something went wrong, try and place a order - Oops something went wrong, open the app i het spammed with Oops something went wrong! Im about to oops something went into the trash!

One of the glitchiest apps I (try to) use - across versions. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it just hangs. Lately, most often the latter.

Love Harveys but horrible app
Cant even place an order half the time when its late at night. Coupons double stack and doesn’t let you order. Couldn’t tell you the amount of times they lost my business i cant even place an order. And the worst part is the coupons only work on the app, so if the app is down cant order with the coupons

One star for useless app
Still a useless app that wastes your time and is now completely useless. Haven’t been in months because ordering won’t go through. Back to Burger king

App is broken and won’t open! Just loads forever. Has been happening for a few days.
Not working lately
App opens but will enter an infinite loop when trying to use coupons. Have tried it on multiple wifi networks and cellular networks to no avail. Other apps load fine.

App doesn’t open
The app just crashes when I open it. It’s not functional at all so I have to give it one star.

App consistently says something went wrong and will not work.

For the past year I cannot checkout when using the app. When it’s open hours it tells me none of the times for take out or drive thru are available. I tried deleting and redownloading the app, logging out and back in, but it’s simply broken for me
bad payment system!
I placed an order with them, got the notification ‘oops, your order didn’t go through’ or something of the sort and they still took my money. called the restaurant, they said there was no receipt or anything order placed under my name at all. no refund has been received so far. i used apple pay, please fix this system, because now i have to call my bank!!

Would not let me put adress
Wanted to order food but never got chance because anytime I put in my address it said “uh oh! Something went wrong please try again” and gave me no information other than that. I love Harvey’s but will never get food from there again due to this insult to customer experience.
