I had an amazing experience at Harvey’s in Richmond Hill, thanks to Soodeh! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. App doesn’t open
The app just crashes when I open it. It’s not functional at all so I have to give it one star.

App consistently says something went wrong and will not work.

For the past year I cannot checkout when using the app. When it’s open hours it tells me none of the times for take out or drive thru are available. I tried deleting and redownloading the app, logging out and back in, but it’s simply broken for me
bad payment system!
I placed an order with them, got the notification ‘oops, your order didn’t go through’ or something of the sort and they still took my money. called the restaurant, they said there was no receipt or anything order placed under my name at all. no refund has been received so far. i used apple pay, please fix this system, because now i have to call my bank!!

Would not let me put adress
Wanted to order food but never got chance because anytime I put in my address it said “uh oh! Something went wrong please try again” and gave me no information other than that. I love Harvey’s but will never get food from there again due to this insult to customer experience.

Garbage app
Garbage app nothing works .. great deals but I can’t order anything
Doesn’t load.
Just a moving white line. Went to a local joint instead.
Rediculous!
Unbelievable! Spent 45 min online trying to place an order, just to find put the restaurant is closed, installed the app, still wasn’t able to place an order for another 20 minutes.
Crashes on login
Every time I try to login the app crashes and closes. It used to work and then I think it got updated and it no longer works. Using an iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Ça reste un eternel symbol de telechargement qui n’arrive jamais…
J’ai un iphone air, je sais pas si sa change quelque chose au niveau de l’appli mais en tk bien dommage

Incapable de changer langue de l'app et pas de combinaison de coupons possible
Incapable d'avoir ma langue en français dans l'app elle sort toujours en anglais! Aucune option dispo pour la mettre en français..
Aussi pas moyen d'utiliser plus qu'un coupon à la fois alors que l'on commande pour plusieurs personnes!! Ridicule! Les coupons papiers fonctionnent lorsqu'on y va en personne alors il devrait rajouter l'option de combiner plusieurs coupons pour une même commande!
Aussi bien vérifier vos commandes car beaucoup d'erreur faite au resto, plusieurs fois, il me manquait des choses dans mon sacs ou pas les bons produits mis.. genre slush Frozen limonade commander mais je me retrouve avec un thé glacé !!! Aucun rapport.. ou commander des beignes, mais pas de beignes dans mon sac, etc.. bref l'app en tant que telle fonctionne pas pire mais les employés ont de la difficulté à lire les commandes ça d'l'air..

Useless
Terrible app. Hasn’t worked once for me in years. It crashes. Or won’t login or will say ingredients not available. Coupons won’t load either.
Frustrating
Trying to use the app to place an order it finally allowed me to add my address but now it won’t allow me to add a payment method or scene number, it keeps erroring saying oops something went wrong.
