Hatara Kiroku — a work-time record app for the person who does the work. "I can't remember what time I clocked out last month." Your payslip looks neat every month, but something feels a little off. This app is for people who have felt that way. ■ Register your workplace once. The rest is automatic. Set your workplace one time, and iOS geofencing takes over from there — the app records when you enter and leave, so you never have to open the app and clock in manually. Your phone can stay in your pocket. ■ Review your hours, by day and by month. See the hours for a given day, the monthly total, the number of days worked, the daily average, and your longest and shortest days — all alongside a calendar view. ■ Leave a note on each session. "Took 30 minutes to tidy up the cases after clocking out." "Stopped by the supermarket on my way home." Anything you might want to see later, you can attach to the session it belongs to. ■ Estimate your pay and overtime (Pro). Enter an hourly or monthly wage and the app shows a monthly estimate, broken down by overtime, late-night, and statutory holiday premium rates under Japanese labour law. It is an estimate for your own reference. ■ Export your records as CSV. Choose a workplace and a date range, and the app writes a CSV file you can share by AirDrop or email, or open in Excel or Numbers. What happens to that file is entirely your decision. 【How the app is built】 - Records stay on your iPhone. The app never sends them to any server. - No account. No sign-in. - No advertising, no third-party analytics. - The original record is never rewritten. When a departure was never recorded, the app marks that stretch as "unknown" rather than guessing at a plausible time. - Records are chained with SHA-256 hashes. If a record is edited, deleted, or reordered after the fact, the mismatch is detectable on the device. 【Who it is for】 - People working part-time or on an hourly wage. - Anyone who has thought, "I can't remember what time I finished last month." - Anyone who wants a copy of their own working hours, on their own side. 【What the app does not do】 Hatara Kiroku is not a tool for employers to monitor staff. You are the one keeping the record, and you are the only one who sees it. The app does not promise that you can "recover unpaid wages" — for specific claims, please consult a lawyer or the Labour Standards Inspection Office. 【Permissions】 The app uses "Always" location access to detect entries and exits at your registered workplace (100 m radius). It does not track your movement. All location data — like everything else the app stores — stays on your device. 【In-App Purchase】 Pro (¥400, one-time purchase) unlocks the wage and overtime summary. Even without Pro, you can still use the automatic clock-in/out, review your hours, and export CSV.
