Completed hatched disappeared

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the scare — your completed hatches were never lost, they were just hard to find. In the last update we added an archive for completed hatches, but we forgot to give it a proper way to open it — that was our mistake, and we understand why it felt like your data had vanished. We've now fixed this: look for the archive box icon in the top bar of the app (next to the star icon) — tapping it opens a dedicated Archive screen with all your completed hatches (name, dates, hatch rate). This update should be rolling out shortly. If you update the app and still don't see your hatches there, please write back and we'll look into it specifically for your account. Dear Alexis Robinson, Our program has over 2,000 users and has been running for a year and a half. Perhaps you have inadvertently deleted incubations or there is a problem with the phone system. We would be grateful if you could provide more information.
