Completed hatched disappeared

My completed hatches disappeared with the latest update a few days ago. The app says the completed hatches are now moved to “archive” and can be viewed anytime but there’s nowhere in the app that says how to view the “archive”.
I liked the app until everything disappeared.

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the scare — your completed hatches were never lost, they were just hard to find. In the last update we added an archive for completed hatches, but we forgot to give it a proper way to open it — that was our mistake, and we understand why it felt like your data had vanished. We've now fixed this: look for the archive box icon in the top bar of the app (next to the star icon) — tapping it opens a dedicated Archive screen with all your completed hatches (name, dates, hatch rate). This update should be rolling out shortly. If you update the app and still don't see your hatches there, please write back and we'll look into it specifically for your account. This app works pretty well! It’s simple, easy to use, and does what it’s supposed to. The timer is accurate, and it’s been really handy for keeping track of things. Nothing too fancy, but super useful when you need it.

All my list just disappeared and now I have no idea when stuff is going to hatch!!!

Dear Alexis Robinson, Our program has over 2,000 users and has been running for a year and a half. Perhaps you have inadvertently deleted incubations or there is a problem with the phone system. We would be grateful if you could provide more information.

Simple and nice but no ad removal I can find

This is a simple and effective app that does exactly what it says no frills or menus to get lost in. It’s excellent. But there are ads when adding or exiting a list so not very invasive.Honestly I’d pay a little bit to remove ads. So hopefully the developer sees this and adds a one time payment or something.
