Hauleye Dispatch

HaulEye Dispatch is the broker's side of HaulEye: see every load you have moving, where the truck is right now, and talk to the driver, all from your phone. Create a load, put the driver's cell on it, and the driver gets the HaulEye app link. When they tap Start Tracking you see their position update on the map, with a tracking log of every check-in. No check calls, no "any update?" texts. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Live map and tracking log for every load a driver has switched on • Loads list with Live, Up next and Delivered at a glance, searchable by load, customer, city or driver phone • Chat with the driver on any load, with push notifications both ways • Bill of lading and proof of delivery photos, right on the load • Edit pickup, delivery and appointment times after the load is created • Mark delivered, reopen, and keep the history • Face ID sign-in BUILT FOR SMALL BROKERAGES • One screen, no training • Works with the free HaulEye driver app • Your loads and driver locations are yours and are never sold or shared Made by Haulan, the freight brokerage software company.
