Good/Organized
It’s a good app. It makes it really easy for both companies. My favorite part is that the drivers can upload their own tickets and keep track of the job via the app. The customer service is great whenever we do have an Issue there’s always someone that helps us. Thank you Haulink!!!!
Rates from 2012
Worked with them once in 2022 for about $120/hour they said it was a regular certified payroll job which meant driver pay would have been fine paying the driver at-least $29/hour then they said it was a federally funded job after the driver had worked on the project. This
Meant the pay was $71.17/hour. The truck was negative $-300 that day. Bottom line is they don’t know what they are doing, also my office had to help them with certified pay rolls because they didn’t know what to do.Their work is for owner operator’s who are desperate and can’t find work elsewhere because their rates are from 2012.
$115/hour in hollister 4/14/25 is insane. Stick to Bakersfield’s and LA stay out of the Bay Area.

Myra has been helping me out from the beginning and has help me solved every issue I’ve had even though I asked a lot of questions lol she’s been patient with me on answering every question I’ve had. I’ve had a good experience ever since I started with them.
Never had more trouble with brokers before.
They always pretend like they don't get your tags even though you’ve uploaded them on the app, texted them to about 5 individuals and so on. I always have problems with their pay. Somehow its either not on time, (take in business days) or its the wrong amount.
Recently I worked night shifts with them, and I had a problem with a lender I owed money to. Since then the lender and I have reached a settlement agreement that I am currently and actively paying and BT/Haulink still haven't released my funds. They’ve owed me since October and we are now Mid January of the following year. All the other brokers Ive done business with have payed me my wages no problem. They are the only ones that decided to withhold funds. All due to some personal drama they have with other brokers I’ve done business with.
