Great graphics and Soundtrack. Atmospheric spooky with blood gore and bumps in the night & plenty of ghosts! Good selection of games slightly different. Includes a great bonus plus an extra Secret Room. Well worth everything! MORE LIKE THIS PLEASE! 😊

The hint is a little slow and the game keeps freezing.
Can’t continue after paying for full game.
I just unlocked the game. I was charged. I try to continue into the next room, and I can’t. I can only navigate rooms I have already played. I can’t load any active areas. Hint doesn’t work. How about a refund? I left BigFish games because of these issues. I came back in hopes the quality improved. I see it hasn’t. When I leave this time it will be for good!

Can only get to just past the 6 lock set of doors and to the kids room, and my game keeps going black! Have uninstalled and retried the game again, but it just does the same.

First time through
Story is unclear. No connection between actions so constantly depend on hints. Prefer games with some sense of direction (or “flow” might be a better word). Not really enjoying, yet anyway. But will persist as I already had to pay to play.
Good game but I pay to avoid ads

Won’t load
Game won’t load after playing it for a while, turning it off and then going back to it. When you hit continue to game, the screen just turns and stays black.

Disappointed
Playing on a iPad Air with latest iOS version. First time played I had just made it into the house, then closed down and went to bed, next morning started game and only got black screen after getting the splash screen trying to get to buy more games. Had to delete game and reinstall. Happened again after I climbed down into the courtyard, same thing had to delete and reinstall and do it all over. Third time I was at the very end , closed down to have dinner, then game would only show black screen. This is the second game I purchased that did this, not sure if I want to buy more games, had downloaded like 18 games like this before and never had any issues.

I thought this game was very good. Just long enough, the puzzles were hard enough, and easy enough to solve without pulling out your hair!
