❤️LOVE THIS SPOOKY!

Great graphics and Soundtrack. Atmospheric spooky with blood gore and bumps in the night & plenty of ghosts! Good selection of games slightly different. Includes a great bonus plus an extra Secret Room. Well worth everything! MORE LIKE THIS PLEASE! 😊

The hint is a little slow and the game keeps freezing.

Can’t continue after paying for full game.

I just unlocked the game. I was charged. I try to continue into the next room, and I can’t. I can only navigate rooms I have already played. I can’t load any active areas. Hint doesn’t work. How about a refund? I left BigFish games because of these issues. I came back in hopes the quality improved. I see it hasn’t. When I leave this time it will be for good!

REFUND...

Can only get to just past the 6 lock set of doors and to the kids room, and my game keeps going black! Have uninstalled and retried the game again, but it just does the same.
How do I get the money back for a game I cannot play??
