Can’t sign into my existing Shop account that I’ve used for previous orders

Used a Shop account to create an account online and app doesn’t let me sign in or register.
App is great
Way easier to use then the website. Just ordered a new pair of sweats.

Seems like a good app just won’t let me connect my email and info to it even after supposedly registering it
Issue Logging In
The app looks great however HAUS is set up as a Shopify store, which doesn’t accommodate connecting my existing account, orders and details to the app. Tried to create a password, but it gets stuck in a loop of “verify account” then “unable to identify account”. Would prefer to use the app over the web, but need help fixing this account issue.

Won’t let me sign in. Says it can’t detect my account but I can sign in fine on the website. Tried resetting password, using Shopify sign in, etc. not working. Not worth it.
