The app does not connect to device and is unable to open other pages than the main screen. Totally useless so far and a wasted purchase. Very disappointed customer!

This device won’t connect with my phone. It doesn’t work. It does not record any data whatsoever. Disappointing!

Al iniciar la app pide registrarse con un código de verificación que envía, supuestamente, al correo electrónico, pero no llega ningún mensaje y no se puede hacer absolutamente con la app.

Alternative App in der Anleitung
In der Bedienungsanleitung steht, die App für die Uhr heißt „H Band“ — bei meiner Uhr funktionierte sie dann auch damit.
Absoluter Reinfall in jeder Hinsicht
Die App lässt runterladen. Das ist das einzig positive!
Tippt man auf einen Reiter, stürzt die App sofort ab. (auch nach dem zweiten und dritten Installieren)
Somit ist auch kein Koppeln möglich. Also ist die erworbene Uhr zu nichts zu gebrauchen, da sie nur über die App eingerichtet werden kann.
Meine Tochter ist damit extrem enttäuscht an Heilig Abend. Danke dafür!!!

App is NOT secure
I downloaded the app and wanted to change my watch face. If you scroll down to the bottom of the watch face gallery you can see the watch faces people have put on for themselves. Do Not upload any custom watch faces because it’s visible to everyone.

Absolutely Rubbish!!!
The app doesn’t connect to my device and therefore does not store valuable health data which was the sole purpose for buying the device. The app doesn’t allow you to submit feedback. It does not support my device in any way so therefore means I cannot get the information I need to monitor my health while I make changes to diet and lifestyle. Not good enough!!!!
