Stay away from this app

While the designers are wonderful on this app the customer service is absolutely the worst. I had made four orders with this app and each one has more issues to the point where I will no longer order from the site. The customer service team takes days to get back to you and you must constantly bug them to get what you need. It is a complete waste of time and money. Do not order anything through this site.

Do Not Use

I’ve done three projects with Haven and the same designer. The designer ghosted me for 30+ days after buying a full design package. Everything I ordered took 8+ weeks to arrive and their customer service is AWFUL. Huge waste of time and money
