Deceptive Return Policy - hidden fees and bait-and-switch
The design process in this app is pleasant, but the actual checkout and e-commerce experience is incredibly predatory. I used Havenly to buy a $299 Office chair recommended by my designer. The item didn’t work out in reality (the small wheels fail on standard carpet). The app and website heavily advertise a smooth 30 day return policy, explicitly stating that for the furniture brand I purchase only standard return shipping cost will be deducted. I requested my return well within the window, but Customer Service is now trying to force a staggering $209 restocking fee. Charging a hidden 70% fee completely contradicts the transparent hassle-free shopping experience this app promises to deliver. Do NOT buy furniture through this app. You are locked into hidden vendor fees that are completely omitted from Havenly’s written terms.

Amazing App!
I am so thankful I found this app! I was hesitant about it after reading some reviews but my experience has been amazing. Working with my designer, ordering product, Havenly evem handled a return of a damaged picture- pickup & all! and my rooms are stunning! I started with our living room & was so pleased continued with 3 other projects. Very pleased

Great Experience!
We had an amazing designer who we ended up using for all of our rooms downstairs! I was a little worried from other reviews with Customer service, but I had a great experience with them needing to cancel items or get status updates on shipping.

Deleting app due to tracking, including personal info
Freezes every screen
Would not recommend. Couldn’t get the app to function for more than a few seconds at any screen.
