Limited but decent
Not sure what the other reviewers here have done. I put the app into connection mode, allowed on my phone, then turned the dial to auto and it connected instantly. After that I set my eco and my comfort temperatures, setup the time of day I wanted each and copied that for every day of the week. Then you transfer to the heater. That part is a slightly non intuitive process, but worked exactly as per the instructions.

As useful as a chocolate teapot!
Don’t bother download. Bluetooth connection does not work so cannot set any program via the app. Waste of time. Buy a different radiator from a better brand. This lot clearly don’t care as nobody has bothered fix it despite it being an issue for some time. 1 star as I had to provide a rating but in reality, minus 5!!

Problematic when first installed a few years ago.
Went to reset after heater being turned off during the summer.
App had me needlessly creating account and trying to connect via WiFi. Couldn’t find any reference to a heater with the same controls online. Eventually found an original leaflet referring to the Haverland BT app.
Downloaded, feeling pleased that I was now on the right track only to find that it refuses to connect or even be seen by Bluetooth!
Go manual!

Shocking
App is next to no good. You can’t see if the settings are loaded to the device, it would be good to know that all the time you’ve spent they’ve actually worked without having to wait for the time the temperature changes..
Connectivity is beyond disappointing
The app fails to find the heater. After many attempts (over a long period of time and standing over the heater itself) it eventually found the heater. However, unlike other apps it doesn’t remember the heater. Every time you go into the app you have to go through the painful and time consuming process of finding your heater. I’m trying to find my heater now and it cannot find it. Arrgghh. My broadband is working fine and other Bluetooth devices are working perfectly. This app makes accessing the heater to make programme changes a hassle/impossible. Terribly frustrating. Work needs to be done to improve the app, not only to make it actually effective, but to provide customers with what is being marketed and make the heater a worthy purchase. Please do better and quickly!

Bluetooth connection impossible
It won’t connect via app. iPhone 2cm away, on my 42 attempt.
Doesn’t work!
I bought the Bluetooth radiator thinking this would make life simpler during periods of immobility. Sadly it’s next to useless - it took me over 2 dozen attempts to make the Bluetooth connection, it then drops out on a regular basis. Even when it shows connected to the radiator it frequently fails to transmit. I paid extra to have the Bluetooth facility so feel doubly aggrieved!

We bought the rcw+ so we could control the heater while we was out but the app constantly disconnects from the heater even while indoors
