Great food
Fact that I cannot create an account on the app. The app is not working properly, so I’m not impressed with that but I absolutely love the food. Fix your app and get it where it’s working where people can actually order food and save their reward points and I would be giving you backflips.

The app keeps freezing only lets me scroll through the food if I try to click anything else it freezes and doesn’t work at all
Order is never ready
Any time I use this app it seems like my order is never ready when I go to pick it up

Amazing food, smooth app
Loved using the app, liked how the discounts and rewards auto populated into the cart at checkout. Definitely ordering pick up and avoiding the delivery fee/tip is where it’s at.

I love the app. One thing that is confusing is that you have to scroll way down to find the customizable plate options. Food is always hot and fresh!! Great customer service too!

Great food and service
I came here on a whim to wait out a windstorm. I was so surprised to find such friendly people working here with such great food! After telling Danny that I had never been here, he patiently went over the options and what he recommended. Everything I got was so good. I was even offered a free ice cream because it was my first time here. Highly recommend coming and enjoying the food and service.

Food is good App needs work
App won’t show rewards history I can only update info and change password. Meanwhile I’ve ordered food, given my number and my points haven’t moved. No where to correct this. Wish I could feel like an actual reward member.
App has been downgraded
No longer has the option to replace Mac salad with extra rice. Also can no longer view rewards until you get to checkout.
FOOD’S GREAT, APP SUCKS!
Idk if the app is a scam or something or what but the fact that i’ve NEVER ONCE been able to use any of the regards they give me is utterly diabolical! And it’s a such because the food is so good and seems to always be freshly made with no problems. The app however has been on my phone for months(mostly to see if they’ll ever fix the rewards bug) and I’ve missed the opportunity to use multiple rewards because adding them to your cart just simply doesn’t work. Please fix your app! It makes no sense that it doesn’t work

I never want the mac salad. why has the option to sub it for extra rice or pineapple been removed?? Also, doordash is up charging on a classic plate by $3+ and on extra protein by $1. I’m not ordering from here again until the customization is back, and the prices really should be lowered as the rice is almost ALWAYS overcooked.
