Latest update not working

Latest update on iPhone always showing a 1 on app but takes minutes to update and get stuck screen. No longer get notifications and if I click here for notifications it doesn’t work.
Older versions worked great.

Loved this app until recently. Where are the blue icon tabs at the top that showed weather, roads, etc.? These were super helpful. What happened to these? Are they coming back?
