Can not cancel
Have been emailing and trying to call to cancel billing extremely annoying. No help completely unable to do it on the app. Doesn’t even show regular news that’s in the paper, can’t search for articles, people get other news

I live in another state and look forward to catching up with news in Townsville, where I lived for over 40 years. Despite being an hour ahead of Qld, the ability to read the Townsville Bulletin at 5 or 6 am each day is appalling!! Someone needs to fix this issue (downloading the paper online) soon or risk losing a customer.

Download options.
This app used to have auto download that’s now missing. Also they have just made the download button even smaller than it was before. Would be good to have a larger button and auto download again.
Just keeps getting worse
Earlier versions of this app were good. Now I have to keep logging in all the time. However, after being kicked out I have to restart the app before being able to log in and the login pop up doesn’t work. Multiple reinstalls haven’t fixed the issue.
Cheap software…
The software works but must be old as there are no notifications when your comments are approved and go live. Also no notifications when someone comments or replies on your post.
