Can not cancel
Have been emailing and trying to call to cancel billing extremely annoying. No help completely unable to do it on the app. Doesn’t even show regular news that’s in the paper, can’t search for articles, people get other news
Online newspaper
I live in another state and look forward to catching up with news in Townsville, where I lived for over 40 years. Despite being an hour ahead of Qld, the ability to read the Townsville Bulletin at 5 or 6 am each day is appalling!! Someone needs to fix this issue (downloading the paper online) soon or risk losing a customer.

Download options.
This app used to have auto download that’s now missing. Also they have just made the download button even smaller than it was before. Would be good to have a larger button and auto download again.
Just keeps getting worse
Earlier versions of this app were good. Now I have to keep logging in all the time. However, after being kicked out I have to restart the app before being able to log in and the login pop up doesn’t work. Multiple reinstalls haven’t fixed the issue.
Cheap software…
The software works but must be old as there are no notifications when your comments are approved and go live. Also no notifications when someone comments or replies on your post.

Frustrating
This App on my iPad is nowhere as user friendly as earlier versions. It can open on any page if for some reason you are timed out. It is overly sensitive to open an article rather than allowing you to just zoom in/out.
And I cannot find a digital version of Townsville Eye - a “must” read. (Bad joke that one!)

Subscription refunds such be given when product can’t be delivered.
A Backward Step
The latest upgrade leaves me with far less viewing area on my tablet without the thumbnail option we had previously. No clippings that I can find. The bands at the top and bottom of the screen are unnecessarily large. In general a backward step.

Pointless if the newspaper app doesn’t provide newest news
The crime and court section hasn’t been updated on the app since February 18, so almost a month ago - despite the fact that the website shows newer news.
This app would be so much better if you could actually read everything those goes on the Bulletin’s website and not just the half dozen things they opt to display.

Sign in issues
You have to sign in each time on another website. It doesn’t save sign in details in the app. Annoying as all heck.
Total waste of time & money
Have had subscription for nearly 1 month, not able to access member sections at all. Not getting anything for my money, wasting time trying to access the site.
Games missing
As of the last update the crosswords are now missing from the games section

Have had the app for over 6 months and every time there is an update, there are issues!

Same problem as everybody else
The app keeps shutting down after reading half the paper ....in todays technology one would think they could get it right ...but alas not !!!!!

Paper shutting down
Just get to read a few pages and then App shuts down and have to delete and re-install. Today can't even install App. so now no paper. Paper shutting down has been a long-term problem.
