Wrong order. Zero help

Delivery driver showed up with wrong order. Walked back to his car and left. No food delivered. Called the store. Was placed on hold for 10min. Hung up and called back. Woman on phone told me all they can do is refund me. Has no idea when I will get the money back. No attempt to re-send order. No apologies. No attempt to correct issue. Ridiculous.

What does this have to do with the app or the restaurant? Your ordered through a 3rd party and Uber delivered it wrong so go thru Uber and complain there. SMH! Next time order with the restaurant directly or pick it up.
