Went from a relaxing game to a stressful one
I have played this game for like, 9 years. It has been one of my favorites but nowadays, with every update it just gets worse.
Before it was a chill, friendly game that you could play to relax, but after all these updates, all it does to me is it stresses me out. There’s too much things going on at the same time, while everything on the game is made easier and monetized.
I’ve seen the same thing happen to a different Supercell game, and I dont know if it has helped them to get more players, but I’ll say that they’ll lose a lot of the first players with this.
The game also has some issues: for example, sometimes I’m unable to help a friend with their truck orders, even when I try to. Sometimes the game doesnt save what I’ve done so that the next time I open the app, I have to do everything again.

I love and enjoy and addicted to this game but you need toupdate or do something im having issues with clooecting my rewards from events with one i click and imeditly get but the others i have to double click or click forever and even then sometimes i dont even get it no matter how many times i click it

Not what it used to be
Great game. TERRIBLE support. AI that says everything is not in her knowledge bank. And she cannot contact a human. First she said technician had fixed the bug. When I said obviously they didn’t bc I’m having a problem her immediate answer is that they are reviewing. Almost 12 hours later and still no help. Lots of events that push purchases, some ridiculously priced. I play maybe half as much as I used to.

I know you all are used to getting problem emails from us, but I just wanted to thank you and everyone at Hay Day for all the Boosters that we received today! I have been on Hay Day for over 12 years and I can’t recall the last time I enjoyed playing so much. Thank you again❤️

every new event it conveniently lags out and takes away progress in the process of “losing connection” whether its product placed down, ad watched to get progress done, or just getting the finished product you make. kinda ridiculous.

Es un buen juego, pero los tiempos de algunos productos son extremamente exagerados, las mermeladas? Tanto tiempo? Ademas de los costos de las procesadoras, aparte de un costo elevadisimo, demoran DIIAS en fabricarse. Las procesadoras ni siquiera deberian tener tiempo de construcción si ya de por si cada producto que se fabrican demoran tantas horas.
Las actualizaciones del juego tambien tardan demasiado. Deberian usar horas estrategicas y enviar avisos antes de hacerlas

Delay
Why is there such a delay going from farm to farm? Too much loading time. It’s not my connection either.
App has a glitch and tech support wont help
The app has a weird glitch where i can’t request anything from my neighbors for more than 1000 days because i recently opened my old account. Contacted support from supercell and they just told me to contact the app which its a robot. Told them if they can help me contact them because i coulnt through the app and they told me sorry we have to end the convo. Thats is i guess wont be able to play after years of getting to my level this is the end. Terrible customer service

Things they should add :)
I LOVE hayday but... it would be very nice if they made the bakery, the sugarcane maker thing like, better and old style again, and I would personally love if you guys would let us sell unwanted decorations like for example, the medditarraneain (srry if spelled wrong) was sold on a new newspaper because i didnt want it. so it would be super cool if we could sell our decorations.

Disappearing diamonds
I love the game but find that too often I “accidentally “ spend diamonds when I don’t mean to! Please can you find a way so that you have to confirm that you want to spend diamonds each time.
Money hungry. Impossible to play
Even if you were awake 24/7 you still would not be able to complete the challenges to get the decor. They make it so hard so that it’s impossible to get the decor unless you spend real money. The game has turned greedy and not fun anymore.
No Longer Fun
I’ve played HayDay for many years, dating back to nearly the beginning of the game. I’ve loved it until they started to add so many tasks and events that’s it’s impossible to keep up with, it’s become a source of stress instead of fun and relaxing. Also they have become very money hungry, making it more difficult to play. I’m very disappointed that my favorite game has turned into this.

One of the best games I have ever played
Hay Day is one of the best games I’ve ever played amongst mine craft and Brawl Stars (also made by Supercell). Those classic graphics haven’t changed in years which I like. One thing is that sometimes the game doesn’t register if you completed a task in derby sometimes which is very annoying. Although still five stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
