Can’t select country code
I have been trying half an hour to compete the visa. Unfortunately I can’t select USA code, it’s keep selecting another country with +1. Very very annoying.

Last time I applied for A1 Visa they updated after 3 months, A1 Visa takes ages to update the status, This time also taking ages

The visa approval takes ages from Hayya APP, which means you need to submit your application before 4 months from the planning (visit) date 🤣

Incomplete info, requests that does not go through the menu remains blocked both for website and app
Visa application not working
After entering the residence country is gets stuck. I tried with app, safari, chrome. Same
Profile pic update/visa application submission issue
When I tried to apply for visa, I couldn’t submit the application. System showed the error: “right eye closed, Left eye closed, please contact the support team for profile picture update.” There is no option to update the profile picture as well. Contacted the support team with screenshot of an issue. But no solution has been provided.

Worst application and worst customer service
I applied for my child as a dependent and it keeps doing the following: They reject it and ask me for the original Iqama, I upload it, then they reject and ask for the digital ID (Absher), I upload it, they reject it and ask for the original Iqama, this happened 8 times, and when I called the customer care they said they opened a ticket, and dropped the call in the middle of the conversation, and sent me a ticket link that does not work!!!!

للأسف التطبيق لا يشبه دولة قطر بيروقراطية في الاجراءات وغياب للمعلومات بعد ان قمت بتأكيد حجز الفندق قبل ٥ ايام قدمت على فيزا A2 لمقيمي دول الخليج مفترضا ان الفيزا لن تأخذ اكثر من ٢٤ ساعة وهي العاده للحصول على التأشيرة لمقيمي دول الخليج في دول مجلس التعاون الأخرى ولكن طلبي معلق منذ 16 يوم مع غياب لاي معلومة توضح سبب التأخير او الفترة الزمنية التي يمكن ان ياخذها الطلب لاحقا قمت بإلغاء حجز الفندق

لا انصح بالتقديم والتعامل جداً جامد مع العاملين فيها ، ولا يساعدوننا للحصول على الفيزا __ شهر ونصف للحصول عليها!!!!

The visa application process through the Hayya app needs a lot of improvement. The user interface is not intuitive, and the overall experience is far from user-friendly. The mobile web version often fails to load properly, making it frustrating to complete the application on the go.
Additionally, the visa process is unclear and lacks proper guidance, especially for first-time applicants. More streamlined instructions, better app stability, and real-time support would make a big difference. Hoping to see improvements soon.

I recently applied for a visa through Haya Visa and was impressed with the seamless process. The team was responsive, and the application was approved quickly. Highly recommend!
As long as are applying for A1 visa forget this app and look for alternatives
This is a broken and frustrating system, especially for African applicants. From endless pending statuses to poor communication and lack of support, the entire process feels designed to make things as difficult as possible for us. I would strongly advise African travelers to avoid this app and seek alternative visa options. This process is not worth the stress, time, and inefficiency.
