I was charged without getting any e-sim !!! And they said there is a live chat while there is no any live chat in the application
I want my money back!

No wonder why you got low rating

Paid $18 for 5 GB and only used half of it then suddenly it was marked as fully used. Now I’m left with no data because of what seems to be a system error. Very disappointed with the service. Will never use again.
