The eSIM didn’t work, and they refused to refund my money
I contacted customer support, but they told me that because the eSIM had already been activated, they could not issue a refund. I find this completely unacceptable.
I do not recommend this app to anyone. They treat their customers very unfairly. I was left without internet in a foreign country because their eSIM did not work. When I explained the situation, they simply told me that I should have connected to Wi-Fi and contacted them immediately. The problem is that I had no internet to find Wi-Fi, and by the time I finally found someone willing to let me use theirs, a lot of time had already passed and I had ended up on the other side of the city.
This was a very stressful experience, and instead of helping, the company refused to take responsibility or provide a refund.

Very disappointing experience in Mexico
I purchased a 10GB eSIM plan for $25 for my trip to Mexico, and my friend purchased the same plan as well.
Unfortunately, the service was very poor. My friend’s connection kept cutting off constantly, and mine barely worked. The internet was extremely weak, to the point that I could not make calls or even watch a short reel properly, even though I followed all the setup instructions and tried everything.
This caused us a lot of inconvenience during our trip, especially because we needed reliable internet for maps, communication, transportation, and travel arrangements.
I do not recommend this app for new buyers unless they improve the service and provide proper support or refunds when the eSIM does not work.
