i’m 17 and i’m unable to use the app and yes it is 18+ but the terms and conditions say “All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services.” so why am i still unable to use it

Range
Decent app bit the only spots near me are 4+ hours away
Good app but rare places
It’s a really good app and has helped me find some good places to adventure to but the only thing is that there is a lack of places in my area(rgv) so I don’t know if I havent unlocked them yet or if there hasn’t been discovered yet. Another thing is that it keeps on giving me location in San Antonio and places like that but idk if that’s related to there being no places here.
