You gals have the best clothing for plus size women and I love all my dresses from y’all but I’m wanting more.
Hoping this gets a response!
I ordered an item, received and it was not the right fit. I returned the item 3 weeks ago and still have no received a refund/exchange amount to shop. When I try to contact the boutique I am told “oh we only pick up returns on Monday’s” next response I received was “oh we didn’t pick up returns this week, we are too busy.” I am beyond frustrated! I would jot recommend this boutique.

I’m 6 foot tall y,all!!! Always have had great posture and love wearing high heels since I could stand up and walk…Mother had an amazing closet and great taste! Just got my order and was giddy, beyond belief. All dresses in small tall…be still my heart! This is unbelievable to me to be able to order online and have it fit perfectly.

Confusing
No size charts and added items that I did not want to my cart
It’s a hard no.
Customer service is basically non existent. It’s hard to get a response, let alone a nice one or an apology when they clearly messed up. I don’t know if it’s ignorance or shadiness. Either way it’s not how a business should be run. They delete feedback on social if it’s not positive. Will also block you if you say anything critical. I get protecting your image and brand. But when you have so many issues it’s not right to hide that from prospective buyers. So many of their issues could be eliminated if they worked on better CS practices and a more efficient way to process orders correctly. I recommend doing a quick google search on this shop before ordering.
