Problem with bio-metric
Such a bad experience using this app but unfortunately struck with it coz of my saving in hbl account. As i am outside the country and cannot easily move my saving. Tho i have done the in app biometrics. But when transferring the money through app it’s gets failed over n over again. Worst part is they don’t reply to email i have sent them multiple emails for my issue but they don’t get bother replying. I’d not recommend for any new user to download this app.

Screwd up app.
This app is a joke. You enter and you end up on the t pin page , you cannot go to your account or any other item. It was working well, now it is a piece of artwork - you log in and cannot do anything except watch the state bank stupid t pin page and you are out of the app and to top it, you get an alert that you logged into your HBL account - what a sham of an application!
