Navigation is great and help employees to do the submission very handy.

Takes too many steps to submit data. It is slow. And does not allow efficient entry of data.

I get errors while accessing various features.
The last support I got was βdownload and install 11.8.0 which failed to correct the app errors.
It works, but itβs hit or miss and I donβt place faith in it. Note that client non-billable is default so I had to instruct my entire team to ensure to submit billable time only or it would be referred back to them.
I think this app needs more user acceptance testing than it previously had.

Updating now that time reporting is back. Now needs geo leave! π

I hate to speak poorly of my own companyβs app, but the latest version is broken and will not allow iTime entries. Happy to work with whoever wants to have a live screen share session and debug and troubleshoot

Itβs awesome app to use for all employee related things like timesheet, leaves and many more options.
When it works it is great butβ¦
When the application is working it works well, but more often than not I get an error when opening emPower. I also receive notices of items to approve and when I open emPower there is NOTHING to approve.
Fantastic app
Much appreciation to the team for constantly looking for ways to improve this app. It has been great to be able to submit billable time from our phones and your improvements are noticed! It is great that you are bringing in the Leave Mgt System and Service Desk into the app!

Dashboard customization never works. Opening page is still filled with nonsense despite turning options off.

Major problems with reporting hours worked on the Time tab
The app has encountered major problems with reporting hours worked on the Time tab. It has not been possible to move between weeks for some time and now it is not possible to skip the holidays.
