Crashes constantly
App will not sync. Constantly redownloading it because it will not resolve itself. Very frustrating
Too Much Manual Syncing
For anything to work, you have to manually sync this for every new input/data on your work orders. It should be real time syncing and only require a manual input when there are issues of some sort. Manual sync should not be the default. You might say “well it has auto sync options” true…the lowest you can go is every 15minutes. This is not helpful most of the time. It should have at least a 1 minute option or 0.

Always comes up with errors and syncing problems.
I hate this app,that I’m forced to use at work.its always giving me and my do workers syncing errors and today it’s just syncing forever and my app version is utd. I guess I’ll do my today work tomorrow hopefully.
Trying to be a good app
The app is designed pretty well. Very navigable and intuitive. The company I’m with using the app is quite large and I think volume of data is causing a major problem. The app does not actively sync data to the cloud, it has to be done manually. This Sync can take anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes and you cannot perform any work while it is doing so or it will not update/fail the sync. At least once a week now I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to restore functionality of the apps ability to sync data.

Fast and well designed interface.
This tool gives our mechanics everything they need to be self sufficient. No other system has a mobile app that works offline and provides this much functionality. We have looked at a number of web based programs but they are all slow, poorly designed, and poorly executed.

Not paid for my review. Solid program!
Excellent program, helps us stay organized,no papers to loose or trying to decipher peoples hand writing! Able to submit reports right after you are done,when everything is still fresh in your mind.
