Getting There.... I think
Not sure how many people are dedicated to this particular software but they need to get in there and improve it. It has to be obvious some of the things that would make it king. This program could become a goldmine if addressed promptly before people move on.
Diamond in the rough
I love HCSS everything and I know I will love this app after a few things get fixed. One problem I’ve been having is the connectivity to Dropbox which is very frustrating because that’s where I keep EVERYTHING! Another issue is access for multiple users. And lastly, the instruction window that pops up every time you make any annotations is very annoying! Other than that, this app is awesome! Especially for as built drawings .

Not as good as PlanGrid
Plan grid is a lot further ahead. But, hopefully HCSS plans will get the design right for the heavy civil guys.
