Ever since the update it won’t connect and keeps saying ECU error. It was fine before the update

This is my first go to scan tool for over 3 years now. Works great for a quick easy way to get a perspective on the situation at hand. I start with it then break out the laptop scanner if needed. I will also say that for the money I don’t know if there is a better product that is as versatile

New update is finally fixed
Well at least the obd2 is I have to wait till tomorrow to hook up to a Freightliner and do the other test but just want to let everyone know there is a new update and it’s good you do have to go to settings and update your vci too....
SOOO!!! I just hooked up to a Freightliner and it was a success the new update is good it even has ash accumulater now it reads the percent and you can reset it too NICE !!!!!! This tool is back on top 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Now working again
Scanner is now working again after recent update
Needs to be fixed.
I used to be able to use the app. Now the app just closes and doesn’t let me do anything, completely useless.
New update just crashes

There needs to be another update. I was able to do regen’s up until the recent update. This device is no longer useful until this is fixed
Stopped working
Own two HD Mobile devices. Both stopped working 1 month ago after latest update version. Tech support unable to help. Devices not heavy enough for paper weights!
Won’t work
I did new update and now it won’t connect, I’m using iPad , I tried uninstalling it, restarting device, reconnecting vci,NOTHING works it’s JUNK now after update, it was working fine prior to new version, thanks CAN DO😡
Does this thing work
I’ve been using for 2-3 months and I can get to connect & clear codes and all that, but I can NOT get to do a force regen!!! I read some stuff online that it’s because of the new app update.... Is this true? If anyone had any tips, FILL ME IN PLEASE! The idea of it is awesome & super convenient! I just can’t get it to do what I mainly even have it for!!!

Intermittently works, seems okay with android devices but will not work now on iOS. Our company has 15 of these useless devices.
