Continuously disappointing
Feels entry level, like it’s from a startup. Regularly we have to open, close, open, close… just to allow us to log in on multiple devices. Then, there is no real “live” tracking- other than random 60 second videos. No rolling map, no audio, just a beta app in need of serious optimization before being sold to the public. Can we periodically use it to figure out where our vehicles are? Yes. Sometimes. So reluctantly 2 stars

Great Mobile App!
Updated mobile app is fantastic. I use it everyday now!
Map View
I like that I can see all my vehicles and assets on map and status page all at the same time now. It’s a lot faster now to see video and pictures. Thank you.

You're welcome. You can even report on your assets using DVIR if you want to inspect them daily or weekly.
New App with DVIR.
Thank you for updating the app. I like the new look and feel. Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports is a nice new addition along with Facial ID to login.

Yes, DVIR will even submit if you lose internet access on your phone and sync with the system when you come back into coverage.
New iOS Mobile App - July 2024
Thank you for the updates to the iOS HD Fleet app. It is much easier to navigate and Live Video opens up much faster. The action board and image links are fixed. I see we can access HD FLEET from my Safari or Chrome mobile browser now which makes this iOS app just another way to access my Fleet information. It did take a long time to get it right, but looks great.

Can’t view action board.
App doesn’t work well and when it is working I still can’t view action board just shows a white screen. Hoping the app is fixed later.

We are working on making our full app over the web compatible with your iPhone. Expected ETA. Jan1.2023.
Great Dashcam failed app
The app to this system is by far the worst app of any dashcam on the market. The live camera option is available sometimes requiring you to first wake the system up from a desktop. The Alerts from the dashcam come in delayed and are once again problematic. Developers please fix the app you can’t actually track your fleet using your app.
