HDME Dispatch

HDME Dispatch is a secure dispatch and fleet-management app for HealthCare DME business operations. Authorized administrators can manage drivers, plan delivery routes, sync orders from the company portal, monitor route progress, manage warehouse and stock-transfer stops, review proof of delivery, communicate with drivers, and view operational reports. Authorized drivers can sign in to view assigned routes, navigate stops, update delivery progress, submit proof of delivery, receive notifications, communicate with dispatch, and share route progress with the admin team while working assigned deliveries. The app is designed for HealthCare DME authorized business users only. Public self-registration is not available. Accounts are created and managed by the company for approved admins and drivers.
