Bugs and lack of options from the app

The app continuously logs us out, on the latest version. There’s a lack of abilities in the app. App does not alert / trigger when passengers are not wearing their seatbelts which should be a critical alert. You can tell them if their review was good or bad but when you say bad and select what it should’ve been it NEVER makes adjustments to start alerting or correcting their AI review. You can’t set alerts and what to trigger them from the app. Preview video no longer works on the app. Seems there’s always something broken with the app. Very frustrating.

Very disappointed

For the money my company pays for this, it is not worth it at all. I regret choosing this over Samsara but I was not the one with the final decisions. The app is glitchy and they promised the cameras and tracking devices did all of these things that have not worked for us. They seriously need to redesign there user interface on the webpage and app. They need more Incab alert options. Why is there no seatbelt alert? The purpose of the alerts for us is to annoy the mess out of our drivers until they follow protocol.

Spotty at Best

Verizon Reveal’s video app seemingly works when it wants, leaving you waiting for long loading times and experiencing frequent frustration. The whole system takes expertise to navigate. I frequently cannot obtain necessary video. Look elsewhere, this program overpromises and under delivers.

Nice system

Bad

Really bad can’t look into live and video buffers take way to long, customer service is trash with holds of 30+ mins and no solution just to call back in 24 or 48 hours with no solution
