Please Fix Loud Ringing
This app works, but there’s an annoying glitch where when you go to call people it starts ringing and the first ring is extremely loud and it can damage your ears if you’re using earphones. Please fix this issue. It’s so annoying.

Many of our calls get dropped. Love having just one phone but not so happy when speaking with a customer and either they have called me back multiple times or I’m trying to reconnect with them.

Super frustrating having to deal with this app at work. Only reason I use it is because I have to. Horrible app since I’ve been using it. Barely any improvements since the last 4 years of use. Super annoying, frustrating, and infuriating ruins my mood cause I have to unpause my music, if im watching a video the audio is gone and have to restart the app or mute and unmute my phone for the audio to come back on. So tired of it ringing after the fsct the dnd button is on even hours after of it being off. HATE IT WITH A PASSION GET IT FIXED ALREADY!

I’ve used a lot of work tools that promise efficiency but never have I experienced it before. The ability to call and text from my work computer and have it be my company number is enormously helpful.
