Its great as long as everything works.
If you can get someone on the store or on the phone that can set stuff up for you, you will be good to go. However, took me like 2 months to get it set up. My business # was offline for forever until the regional business account manager got involved and saved the day!

Service is GARBAGE
We have this app downloaded on a brand new iPhone for our business. We have a Verizon issued land line at the front desk. One talk is supposed to connect the cellphone to the land line so that reception can answer the phone while in the back or in the upstairs office. Half the time the app doesn’t even ring through to the phone. We just get notifications that we missed a call or have a voicemail. We also have Verizon WiFi. So it’s all around garbage.

Zip recruiter leaked my number so now I get a million calls. I would like to block these but that is not a feature

I’m not sure what happened over the last 3 months but this app has been absolute garbage! It’s so frustrating trying to talk to customers and having to have them constantly repeat themselves because app disconnects several times in conversation.
