Garbage app
Don’t waste your money, most of the time it doesn’t sun with your phone and is waaaay slow

The app itself is great but the texting incoming I will always have to manually sync to check for any texts no matter the situation
This app is frustratingly terrible if you go out of service a lot
I’ll be brief. If you drive out of service for work, or if you put your phone into airplane mode because you fly a lot, you will never know about the calls you missed because the app never displays missed calls when you don’t have service. Try it, put your phone into airplane mode and then call it from another phone, when you turn off airplane mode it will never report a missed call.

No messaging
We have been having issues with one talk. Customer service isn’t helpful. They only direct you to restart your phone or reinstall the app. Neither of those things fixed our messaging. It’s been disabled for a month and haven’t gotten any fixes or updates.

Some days it works other it doesn’t. Continually disconnects in the middle of phone calls. Just an overall bad product. And god forbid you aren’t trying to buy more Verizon products. They’ll just assign a new rep to you every 2 weeks who doesn’t know their foot from the their hand or reply to emails.

Buggy, Buggy, BUGGY
I’ve used this app for almost 2 years for my business. The only thing it does well is ring on multiple devices. Other than that I constantly miss texts they come in super late. Repeatedly I get voicemail notifications when it’s actually a text message. If another user is typing to our team we don’t see it until often when the client texts back so it results in us double messaging clients. I really wish Verizon would improve this app or I will have to switch to something else.

Terrible in every way
OneTalk is nearly useless. I have constant problems with this app. Dropped calls. All phones my business lines are supposed to ring on incoming calls, often only one or two will ring. Voicemail does not work and is often inaccessible. Text messages come through as garbled nonsense. Tech support is slow and ineffective. I've had to call almost every month to have features fixed. Not to mention I can barely understand the employees because of their heavy accents. I expect better from the world's largest communication company. Skip this app. Use something else.

Text messages
I don’t line the fact that I don’t get text messages on both devises

So far, every single thing about my experience using this service has been horrible. All I needed was a second number for my business to be able to send text messages. 5 hours on the phone with support and multiple more by myself troubleshooting. We would get the issue resolved and then the next day the same issue would be back not allowing me to send text messages. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I can’t imagine a worse service.

Worst app & service
Messaging keeps disabling. Phone calls constantly dropping. You can have great cell reception and WiFi and it will still tell you you’re not connected. Called customer service and they will just tell you to use call through but it won’t connect. Told me to delete the app and restart. Now I can’t get back into the app. Even after spending hours on a call with customer support nothing has been fixed, if anything they made it worse.

A pretty terrible able that lags and doesn’t sync well with calls or texts. Even though it’s a separate number I can’t connect all programs to it, for example confirmation Zelle texts won’t send to there

When taking calls on the app, calls continuously cut off and need to “reconnect”. Sometimes even drop.

Glitchy/ deletes text messages
I have noticed that the app has not been syncing calls. Some of our phone calls and texts have disappeared too. Would not recommend.
Useless for voicemail
Doesn’t sync, but shows how many voice messages you can’t open. It’s almost like it is taunting you - “look how many messages you have but can’t retrieve!”
Terrible to use
This app will drop calls mid conversation, attempt to reconnect and give up. It won’t even remember the number you were talking to when it happens. Texts are laggy and don’t show up well or on time. The only “nice” thing is the ability to forward calls. If I didn’t have to use it for work I wouldn’t
