Terrible
The new app is terrible. Slow, hardly works. Most times have to close it down and reopen the get it too work.
Worst app in the world
Verizon had the best app reveal and decided to go backwards and go with spotlight. It’s slow, when you open up the app your map isn’t loaded, there is features that the old reveal app had that this can’t do. So frustrating will look to leave Verizon because of this
It works when it wants to
I always try to get locations of drivers and it will kick me out of the system. When login back in it does the same over and over until you are logged in sometimes after 20 -50 times trying to log in! It doesn’t help if you need a location immediately. I hate it!
Why change a good thing?!?!
The old tracker app wasn’t superior or anything but was WAY better than this junk… glad I don’t pay for it and my company does or I would cancel my service. Paying for something that isn’t user friend is a joke!
OK, but…
The app works OK, but it keeps logging me out which although isn’t critical, it is inconvenient having to log back in.
Bigger issue though is the fact that sometimes it takes a couple of minutes for any vehicles to show up. Really frustrating.
