**Terrible Experience with Verizon - Hidden Charges and Poor Customer Service** I am extremely disappointed with Verizon. Despite their assurances that I could cancel my service for free within a 90-day probation period, they have charged me for services I did not agree to and did not use. After contacting their customer service multiple times, I was given the runaround and told that there was nothing they could do. This is a clear case of misleading and unfair business practices. Beware of hidden charges and unhelpful customer support if you choose Verizon. I expected better from such a large company. Avoid Verizon if you value transparency and honesty in your service providers.

App doesn’t save credential on iphone
The app doesn’t save credentials to log in quickly on iphone, being an absolute pain when switching between vehicles quickly. In addition, it doesn’t save what continent you are on.

Stay away from this app. 50% what representative will say yo you about their app is lie. Very poorly executed app, all excuse you will hear from tem is to what we can do? We willing to fix problem to make sure you satisfy. It will not help at all because they approach it wrong way and absolutely driver unfriendly app. Again think 10 times before sign up the contract with them.

Terrible app. Does nothing
Update: after digging around for hours on the website I discovered that you have to change a verity if steins in order for the app to function. Go to my account and set the preferences there. I’m still giving 0 stars because this should not be a necessary step and it took me far to long to figure this out. Customer support was no help. But it does function mostly well other than that. The other problem I have is that it doesn’t notify dispatch when you complete a job and the job sort if disappears when you do. Not the best for billing or records. Again. Might need to spend another 10 hours to Figure out the setting for this

It’s completely useless and really one of the worst apps I have ever seen. Looks like a middle school programming assignment that went bad

Buggy
App does not update and show notifications, all settings and background usage and permissions are on but manually have to go to jobs and wait for refresh. Does not work
