Awful customer service
I’ve been with motive for 5 years…. Each year constant growth. This year, I was forced to restructure. I had asked motive for a temporary assistance. According to motive, they value a contract more than a long term customer. That should tell you who you’re dealing with. Shameful.
Hard break
Said I did a hard break would it have been better to run the light? Garbage camera and app
Terrible support
They sent the wrong wires for my ELD and waited a week to get someone to just send it out (still waiting). Nobody seems to know what they’re doing and I don’t understand why they can’t send another wires and I’ll send the other one back. I paid $600 for the year and it’s already starting on a bad foot.

Glitchy
Has more glitches then an antique Christmas lights. Constantly doesn't recognize your password. I could go on and on 👎
No notifications
I have all notifications set to receive but doesn’t get any notifications at all about anything. This app needs a serious update to where notifications are able to be sent. I have checked my phone notifications settings and still don’t get any notifications if my drivers are close to being out of hours or anything about safety. Also it’s slow on showing current drivers that are logged into the tractors. Needs an update immediately
