After paying what was owed and automatically activating my fuel card. Accounting department left for the week without activating my fuel card, leading us to look else where for fuel

When you add a trip sometimes doesn’t show on the submitted section so you don’t know if it went through or not, the only way you know is because you receive an email stating that they have received the trip you submitted but if you go back to the app it doesn’t show that you have submitted your trip 😡 The way to correct this is to uninstall the app and reinstall it again in order to show your latest submissions, I find it annoying and inconvenient! You can draft multiple trips on the same day but you cannot send just 1 and send the other ones later! I find this annoying 😡 If you send multiple trips on the same day the trips get paid in a lump sum not individually also doesn’t show how much %$ got taken from each trip on the email statement so you have to calculate how much %$ the factoring took for each trip which I find inaccurate and inconvenient specially if you have an owner operator that demands a detailed report on each trip and you only have a lump sum paid on your bank not individually. Why is it treated like that when each trip is different? I find this performance lazy corner cutting, I don’t like it one bit!

The worst experience Ive had. They say to charge 3.25% when in reality their rates are above 5% there customer service is terrible. And the non recourse is actually fully recourse. When factoring they will held invoices for information they would clearly see if they knew how to read English! Going back to OTR, stay away this is the warning you were looking for.
