IOS Not registration difficult

First page I see on the app is to register my phone number. Because my number shows up, I choose that and the verification button is still hidden under the suggested number. Therefore I cannot verify. Wish I could send a picture so you could see what I am talking about.

Malware

This app shouldn’t even be on the App Store

Spyware/Malware

This app is just straight up spyware/malware. With current technology in the marketplace, requirements on trucks, and communication abilities there is no reason for this type of application to be required, at all. It’s just another form of squeezing more profit at the expense of the drivers. Brokers who require it should go on your blacklist. It’s understandable that you’ve already planned out the load so get it done then block the broker, requiring this app is unreasonable and should be criminal.

FAQ

What does the DriveView app do?

DriveView is a free mobile application designed to provide real-time location visibility for active truckload shipments. It automatically communicates location and estimated time of arrival (ETA) information to carriers, brokers, shippers, and other business partners. The app is designed to track loads efficiently without interfering with the driver's focus on the road.

What are the main benefits of using DriveView?

Key benefits include reduced dwell times through accurate ETAs, significantly fewer manual check calls (up to 80% reduction), and the ability to upload proof of delivery directly through the app. It also provides critical dock information to eliminate guesswork at facilities and improve planning.

Is there a cost to use DriveView?

No, the DriveView app is completely free for carriers to use. There are no hidden fees associated with using the app or being part of the project44 Network. This allows carriers to provide real-time visibility to their customers without any financial burden.

How does DriveView handle driver privacy?

The app prioritizes driver privacy by tracking shipments, not drivers. Drivers have full control over what information they share, with whom they share it, and when they start or stop sharing. The platform is GDPR & CCPA compliant, SOC II verified, and ISO 27001 certified to ensure data safety.

What kind of dock information is available?

Through a partnership with Dock411, the app provides over 70 data points for more than 200,000 docks in North America. This includes detailed facility entrance directions, yard hazards, backing situations, restroom locations, and WiFi availability, helping drivers eliminate guesswork and reduce dwell times.
