Hi, thank you for raising this - we understand how frustrating frequent location activity and increased battery usage can be. While an active load is being tracked, LBOARD uses frequent location updates so the broker can see current shipment progress. Tracking is designed to stop automatically once the load is completed. The “Always” permission only allows LBOARD to provide updates in the background during an active load - it does not mean that you should be continuously tracked between loads. After delivery, please open My Loads, select the load, tap Arrived at dropoff, and then Complete dropoff. You can also disable LBOARD’s location access under iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → LBOARD between loads, then re-enable “Always” before your next tracked shipment.
