Data harvesting.
Their “disclosure “ is a joke. Read their privacy policy to see how bad this actually is. Pay attention to their wording. As much as I’m against government overreach brokers have to be regulated. This has gotten way out of hand.
So them stealing off the front end and back end is no longer enough. Now they want to profit by harvesting and selling our data. You can bet this app has bottom tier security if any security at all. I’d love to know how much they are profiting from this. If they weren’t they’d just use a common and universal app. Yet here we are. Brokers need to be regulated. It’s insane all they are getting away with. While I only have a 13pro now my battery will no longer hold a charge.
The fact company drivers will loose their job behind not accepting tracking may actually be coercion and in that case we can class action lawsuit this broker and the involved carrier. Not sure how that would play out but definitely gonna look into it. The fact they’re selling our data now is disgusting.
