Hi, thank you for raising this - we understand how frustrating frequent location activity and increased battery usage can be. While an active load is being tracked, LBOARD uses frequent location updates so the broker can see current shipment progress. Tracking is designed to stop automatically once the load is completed. The “Always” permission only allows LBOARD to provide updates in the background during an active load - it does not mean that you should be continuously tracked between loads. After delivery, please open My Loads, select the load, tap Arrived at dropoff, and then Complete dropoff. You can also disable LBOARD’s location access under iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → LBOARD between loads, then re-enable “Always” before your next tracked shipment. If LBOARD continues using your location when you have no active tracked load, please contact us through the in-app Support chat, we'll be happy to help!

LBOARD doesn't provide any load search or view rates access to company drivers automatically. We will gladly look into this case and disable any excess permissions for your drivers in LBOARD app. Please, email us at support@lboard.app and provide your company MC# or USDOT#. We will address the issue ASAP!

LBOARD is a free app and there are no paid features or services. You may be asked to update your Apple account payment information before installing a new app if there is a previously unpaid purchase in your AppStore. If you believe that you have the evidence supporting the payment for LBOARD - please contact us at support@lboard.app. Otherwise, we suggest that you contact Apple Support instead.
