Intrusive Review Request
A review request popping up on my screen while I’m using the app feels intrusive and demanding. I’d rather choose when I want to leave a review instead of being interrupted and prompted for one. If you want better ratings, let the experience speak for itself and give users the option to review on their own time.

Hidden fees
Too many hidden fees to be worth it. Also had a fill up that said $.75/gal discount that didn’t go through so lost $75 on that. Better options out there.

Me as a company driver, would say, for just getting load information that the company provides and being able to confirm my status with shipper and receiver was flawless.
New tier is even better. Switching to the new tear may previous loads go away for my company. But, the new layout is so damn awesome!

Fuel card
After paying what was owed and automatically activating my fuel card. Accounting department left for the week without activating my fuel card, leading us to look else where for fuel

When you add a trip sometimes doesn’t show on the submitted section so you don’t know if it went through or not, the only way you know is because you receive an email stating that they have received the trip you submitted but if you go back to the app it doesn’t show that you have submitted your trip 😡 The way to correct this is to uninstall the app and reinstall it again in order to show your latest submissions, I find it annoying and inconvenient! You can draft multiple trips on the same day but you cannot send just 1 and send the other ones later! I find this annoying 😡 If you send multiple trips on the same day the trips get paid in a lump sum not individually also doesn’t show how much %$ got taken from each trip on the email statement so you have to calculate how much %$ the factoring took for each trip which I find inaccurate and inconvenient specially if you have an owner operator that demands a detailed report on each trip and you only have a lump sum paid on your bank not individually. Why is it treated like that when each trip is different? I find this performance lazy corner cutting, I don’t like it one bit!

The worst experience Ive had. They say to charge 3.25% when in reality their rates are above 5% there customer service is terrible. And the non recourse is actually fully recourse. When factoring they will held invoices for information they would clearly see if they knew how to read English! Going back to OTR, stay away this is the warning you were looking for.

This place has the worst prices for fuel and a lot of them are spots you can't even get a semi in. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I used the app for factoring. I hope you updated the app to store the users previous search results i.e MC# for the broker credit score results. That would help the user find the broker information again to process the invoice faster, easier and more accurately. Nine times out of 10 the brokers confirmation does not have their DOT # or MC # on it. You have to screenshot their information from the DAT app to enter it later into your platform because you don’t save the information when we searched for it. Before booking the Load.

Wrong advertisment
Most of the time I have been to the truck station that said that there is discounts there is none.
“Remove the Michelin pop-up ads!!! How long is this going to continue??”
This ad pops up every time I open the app, and it’s really getting annoying!! We spend a lot of money on diesel and everything else just to see this ad!! I don’t need this! And I don’t want to sign up for anything! This is terrible!
Not a fan
This app is faulty. It logs me out routinely when I need it most. My coworkers say that they have the same experience with it. Very annoying. It has taught me to screenshot everything when I am logged in.
Don’t sign up with this people
You better off not using a factoring company if you get these guys . Once they locked you in they will hold your funds over any little issue that any other factoring company will not do . They’re nice only when signing you up once you signed up they nasty people !!!! You will go out of business dealing with the scam of a company

Horrible
Ryan is probably one of the worst brokers I’ve ever dealt with. 3 times I’ve bid loads and had a rate accepted and then gotten a phone call saying it was a “computer glitch” and the rate is actually $100 cheaper…3 TIMES!! ya right ok. Cheapest rates on average and the dumbest know nothing employees in the industry. Bottom feeders almost as bad as TQL.
