OK, but…
The app works OK, but it keeps logging me out which although isn’t critical, it is inconvenient having to log back in.
Bigger issue though is the fact that sometimes it takes a couple of minutes for any vehicles to show up. Really frustrating.

Not user friendly
They got rid of reveal, good for looking up and finding tracked assets location, to this program which is horrible for that. Don’t even get me started on there customer service side….
Reveal was better
Beware of Verizon multi year auto renewing contracts which cannot be cancelled without full payment of future unused years.
So far this new app is worse than Reveal app that it replaced. Live map takes ages to load, replay doesn’t work, they have made a previously simple app into an app that requires too many clicks and navigating of menus to eventually end up at a feature that no longer works

Won’t even start up
Lots of glitch…the wheel spins showing a map of Europe …. I have, however, gotten it to work a few times.
Needs overhaul
Got to keep logging in every time when signed into ELD and then there’s no guarantee it will log in

Ever since Verizon took over Fleetmatics, the product has been deteriorating ever since. This new app somehow backslid from Reveal.

This app is nowhere as good as the last app. When you open the app your vehicles are not there. You have to fully shut down and restart. The reply is poor - get it updated please

Can we please get the Reveal App back. This is the slowest, glitchiest app. With a company like Verizon you would think y’all would have better products. I have 11 vehicles and I feel like AOL dial up from the 90s would be better than this app.
Worst app ever
This app is awful. The previous one ‘ reveal ‘ was simple, easy and functional to use. Well done Verizon , I will be moving my buisness elsewhere, I have written to you a few times about moving to this useless of an app. But you don’t listen.
Miss the Reveal software
Miss the Reveal software, this app is hard to navigate. The reveal app was so much better. Easy to use easy to see where all the vehicles are now you have to click on something just to figure out where they’re at.

What’s the point of the app if I have to sign in frequently? It doesn’t even autofill the username.

Jedesmal wenn man die App länger als ein paar Minuten verlässt ist die ganze Flotte weg oder nur das zuletzt betrachtete Fahrzeug ist noch vorhanden.

Anti-theft
I cannot speak highly enough of this service. I had a high value drill stolen last night and was able to recover it immediately. The thieves moved it 60 miles away and hid it on a fire break. The transponder allowed me to track it and report to local law enforcement and recover it. Worth the money to prevent theft.
