close second to quo has more call center functions and the ai features for live call coaching seem pretty slick

Worst app I’ve ever used. Their team told me they’d have my A2P 10DLC registration approved, but it’s been over 3 months and they still haven’t been able to get a basic app approved. During that entire time, they continued charging me the full monthly amount for a service I couldn’t even use.
I’m currently fighting to get a refund, and every time I finally get ahold of someone, I’m told I need to talk to someone else. It’s just constant runaround with no accountability. Very frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

GARBAGE SERVICE FIRST DAY DEACTIVATED
FIRST DAY SIGNED UP THEY DEACTIVATED ME Stating it was being used outside the us which it was not. dont waste your time
Was doing good honest business
And they still deactivated the account and made it absolutely ridiculous contacting customer service
The app is archaic
Long time user. Good idea but app on phone is pathetic. Can’t wait to change to something that feels new, feels like an actual phone app, something modern
