Notification is not working

I don’t received any type of notification from the app!!

No sound

I updated the app on my iPhone 13 and now since I updated it I have no sound. I checked the settings on my phone everything is on. I noticed on the app, there isn’t an option for sounds. I am missing text from clients because I have no sound. Please help!

Notifications Not Working

As of 7/10/26, I am not receiving notifications of messages. My notification settings are on, I reinstalled the App. Running iOS 26.5.2, App v.4.20.0.843.

No notifications and glitches

This app is terrible. Gives no notifications when needed, especially when marketed towards businesses. Glitches and messes up a lot. Please fix these issues asap then you’ll get 5 stars.
