Laptop only zoom help
Omg this sucks. I got this soooo excited to use for my business but because I wanted to do the zoom training from my phone and work on my laptop they said that it will never work for me and I should cancel my membership… like never in my life has someone acted like that’s the solution… like wtf..
Tasks are messed up
With the new update, you can view tasks in a list but it's useless on the mobile because you can't go to the contact anymore. So what's the point if you need to do more work remembering the number to look up the contact for each task. They just made it look different and pretty but it's not functional at all and now has barely much purpose other that being a list

Calls are not working in app
Trying to call leads from the app but says it’s an error…
Horrible experience! Do not use them - beware
I signed up for a free trial. Was put on a phone call with a sales rep the next day who talked me into pre-paying for 1 year. I then was not able to be helped by the app, and what was promised was never delivered! I then asked to cancel my account (within 10 days - still within what would be the 14 day trial period). They said its non-refundable and now my account is canceled, I have no access, AND they have not refunded it! Horrible!!
